Werkie Personal Assistant to Senior Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Operations with the coordination and management of various projects.
  • Identify operational efficiency opportunities with the HOD and assist with problem-solving.
  • Assist in managing resources across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support external vendor relationships, arrange meetings, and monitor service delivery.
  • Handle day-to-day operations such as ordering office supplies, administrative tasks, and logistics support.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Matric certificate
  • 1–2 years of experience (experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Ability to perform accurately under pressure with strong attention to detail
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
