Duties and Responsibilities
Key Performance Areas
Applications Support:
- Assist with 1st line support and 2nd line support relating to Applications and IT operations
- Assist in the day-to-day queries of staff on systems and databases
- Identify and resolve technical problems
- Assist with disaster recovery runs supporting Applications
- Assist with Applications report
- Set up applications as per requirements and processes on need basis
- Provide assistance to manage Service Level Agreements with suppliers and ensure deliverable are satisfactory relating to applications.
- Provide support to Agent companies relating to Policy Holder Data system, CWP and Claims Managements Systems (CMS)
Perform ad hoc tasks
- Perform any reasonable ad hoc tasks as and when required by the Line Manager and Service level Manager.
