Key Responsibilities
- Managing Documents & Files
- Organizing, storing, and maintaining documents, records, and quotation files (both digital and physical).
- Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of documents.
- Supporting Sales Activities
- Assisting with sales-related tasks such as:
- Preparing quotations for customers.
- Tracking sales leads and managing key accounts.
- Following up on payments.
- Assisting with sales-related tasks such as:
- Liaising with Internal & External Stakeholders
- Coordinating communication between internal departments, clients, vendors, and sales representatives.
- Ensuring smooth collaboration and facilitating business operations.
- Providing General Administrative Support
- Performing general administrative tasks.
- Delivering goods to customers when necessary.
- Attending client meetings with the Commercial Director.

Job Requirements
- Matric certificate with Mathematics.
- Fully bilingual (fluent in at least two languages).
- Technical school background preferred.
- Strong sense of accountability and potential for growth within the company.
- Roofing experience is an advantage.
