Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate and reliable insights through sample analysis, and translate results into meaningful information that supports team decision-making and plant performance
  • Foster strong collaboration by sharing information openly and timeously, empowering teams to respond quickly and continuously improve operational outcomes
  • Take ownership of identifying and addressing risks and non-conformances, working with others to implement solutions that strengthen quality and performance
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, actively supporting initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall plant capability
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, understanding how different teams connect across the value chain and working together to achieve shared goals

Minimum Requirements

  • Final year student completing a HR or business-related National Diploma qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
  • Good administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Strong learning agility, initiative, and ownership mindset
  • Willingness to work in a plant/operational environment and engage with diverse teams
