Detailed Responsibilities
- Extract all touring data from WETU links into excel
- Review and refine existing service descriptions in Tourplan to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency.
- Identify and address missing or incomplete descriptions.
- Contact suppliers directly via phone and email to obtain detailed and accurate service descriptions.
- Draft or revise content to meet internal quality and tone-of-voice standards.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and align descriptions, including creating formulas and using functions to support consistency and accuracy across services.
- Maintain records of updates and work in progress.
- Collaborate with reservations, product, and operations teams to ensure all updates reflect current offerings and expectations

Qualification
- Matric Certificate
Experience
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, email, Internet)
- Proven English literacy.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.
