Werkie Personal Assistant to Senior Executives
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Operations with the coordination and management of various projects.
- Identify operational efficiency opportunities with the HOD and assist with problem-solving.
- Assist in managing resources across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support external vendor relationships, arrange meetings, and monitor service delivery.
- Handle day-to-day operations such as ordering office supplies, administrative tasks, and logistics support.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
- 1–2 years of experience (experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Ability to perform accurately under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
