Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with raw material handling during grain intake and dispatch
- Support grain grading activities under supervision
- Assist with weighbridge operations and record keeping
- Maintain hygiene, infestation control, and cleanliness standards
- Support Quality Management Systems and food safety practices
- Perform basic administrative duties, including filing and data capturing
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Willing and able to work shifts and overtime when required

Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Driver’s License (Code 8)
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic administrative skills, including filing and record management
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and farmers
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Willingness to complete a Grain Grader Course
- Ability to work in a grain-handling environment (dust, heights, confined spaces)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
