Qualifications & Experience
- A Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (NQF Level 6).
- At least 2 years of experience working within a training or Human Resources environment.
Knowledge & Technical Skills
- A solid understanding of training and development processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Gmail).
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training databases (experience with Axonify is a major plus!).
- Basic understanding of training needs analysis (TNA) and assessment
