Responsibilities
- Assist customers telephonically and at the sales counter
- Process customer orders and quotations accurately
- Provide product advice and pricing information
- Follow up on customer queries and back orders
- Support external sales representatives where required
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch performance

Requirements and experience
- Degree in marketing, business, or related field. (beneficial)
- Grade 12
- 2–3 years’ proven internal sales experience within the motor / automotive parts industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Computer literacy and experience working with sales systems
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
