What You’ll Do

As their HR & Enablement Admin Assistant Intern, you will support the HR and Enablement team by:

  • Providing administrative support across Human Resources and Learning & Development functions
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating training sessions and workshops
  • Preparing reports and updating spreadsheets
  • Scheduling meetings and communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring HR documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant
  • Supporting various HR projects and initiatives
  • Assisting with general office administration as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
