Groote Schuur Hospital is looking for unemployed graduates to apply for their Queue Marshall Internships, for 2024.
Location : Cape Town, South Africa

- Must work shifts.
Competencies
- Must be willing to be rotated to different areas of the hospital in order to accommodate operational needs.
- Being able to cope under pressure.
Educational Qualification
- Matriculation certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
Duties
- Control and maintain order in patient waiting areas and redirect patients.
- Welcome all patients on arrival and answer queries from patients.
- Keep patients informed of the progress within the clinic/unit.
- Assist elderly/incapacitated patients.
- Distribute parcels to patients.
- Willingness to accept additional duties.
Requirements
- Applicant be be a South African Citizen.
- Must possess a valid South African ID document.

Candidates may be subjected to a competency test.
- It will be expected of shortlisted candidates to be:
- available at the venue on the time and date as determined by the Department and
- bring along recently (not older than 6 months) certified copies of your Identity Document (ID), driver’s license (if applicable for the post), qualification and/or proof of registration at relevant statutory body.
