Empact Group Admin Assistant Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and assist with daily tasks.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both in writing and verbally.
- Manage and respond to incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Support various projects by keeping track of deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines) and basic troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or work experience in a similar capacity is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles or tools is a plus.
- Competence in using various cloud storage and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Drive, Slack, Trello).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
