• CENTRE: Radie Kotze Hospital, Bergriver Sub-district

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum educational qualification: Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Experience: Appropriate experience in food services in a hospital environment.

Inherent requirement of the job: Ability to lift/move heavy objects. Willingness to work shifts, public holidays, weekends, overtime, and night duty.

Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge of hygiene, Occupational Health, HACCP and safety principals. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

DUTIES: (key result areas/outputs): Render food services. Apply hygiene, occupational health and safety directives. Maintain apparatus and equipment. Support the Human Resources function.
