What You’ll Do
As their HR & Enablement Admin Assistant Intern, you will support the HR and Enablement team by:
- Providing administrative support across Human Resources and Learning & Development functions
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating training sessions and workshops
- Preparing reports and updating spreadsheets
- Scheduling meetings and communicating with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring HR documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant
- Supporting various HR projects and initiatives
- Assisting with general office administration as required

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
