Job Responsibilities

- Support projects and daily operations within the assigned business unit.

- Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and new business ideas.
- Engage in mentorship, feedback sessions, and progress reviews throughout the programme.

Additional Information
Certification, qualification and experience:
- Must have completed a minimum of a degree (NQF Level 7) at a SAQA-recognised tertiary institution in South Africa.
- Professional certification in the chosen field of study will be an advantage.
- Graduated within the last 2 years (or completing studies by December 2025).
- Academic average of 60% or above.
- No prior full-time work experience in the field.
