This programme is your first step into the world of banking. You’ll gain the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to help clients across Personal, Prestige, and Private Banking. Through structured learning and practical training, you’ll learn how to assist with everyday banking needs from opening accounts and retrieving statements to helping with debit order queries. You’ll also develop the skills to quickly understand and solve client needs, while following the right processes, product guidelines, and important banking regulations like FAIS. By the end of the programme, you’ll be ready to deliver professional, friendly, and reliable service that makes a real difference to their clients.
