Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our new vehicles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support.
  • Negotiate sales terms and pricing to close deals and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on new vehicle models, pricing, and promotions to effectively promote and sell products.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • knowledge of new vehicle models, features, and pricing.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
