Responsibilities
- Measuring of sites and accurately transposing measurements onto AutoCAD and Revit.
- Completing detailed Construction Drawings in accordance with all relevant regulations.
- Producing precise Shopfitting Drawings while collaborating closely with contractors and manufacturers.
- Developing Furniture Specification Documents & Drawings to ensure optimal design and functionality.
- Conceptualizing and presenting Interior Design Schemes, including Mood Boards and Finishes Boards within the client’s budget.
- Engaging and liaising with suppliers to source appropriate materials and finishes.
- Conducting Client Meetings to present and discuss design solutions.
- Performing site visits to complete snag lists of defect items.
- Sourcing and placing Objet d’Art and Styling Elements to enhance the final project aesthetics.

Requirements
- Expertise in Space Planning and Design Solutions.
- Expert-level proficiency in REVIT & Enscape (for 3D visualization and walkthroughs).
- Strong proficiency in As-Built Documentation, Drawings & Revisions.
- Exceptional design aesthetics and creative vision, including Moodboard and Shopfitting Drawings.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, CorelDRAW, and various 3D programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
