Your time here will look something like this
- Your journey with ICRM: You will be immersed in the core functions of compliance risk management, learning how to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across various business lines. This will involve understanding regulatory frameworks, contributing to risk assessments, supporting policy implementation, and analysing data to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards. You will play a part in safeguarding Citi’s reputation and fostering a robust control environment.

- You have obtained your undergraduate with a GPA 65% & above or master’s degree in any discipline.
- Acceptable to have a maximum of 1 year of work experience but not required.
- You have strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
