Tiger Brands is looking for unemployed graduates to apply for their Future Leaders Internships programme, for the year 2027.

Qualifications

Research & Development – National Diploma, BSc, BTech in Food Science, Food Technology Biochemistry or Chemistry
Finance CA(SA) Stream (TOPP Programme, 36-month journey) – Completed SAICA-accredited Postgraduate Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) or Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA)
Engineering – BSc/BEng Degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial & Electrical)
Business Intelligence Analyst/Data Analyst – BSC Computer Science/ BSC in Statistics)
People (HR) – BCom Degree (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology)
Bakeries Manufacturing – BSc Food Technology/ Science
Customer and Customer Marketing – BCom Sales & Marketing / Bachelor of Administration / BCom Marketing
Marketing – Bachelor’s Degree (Majoring in Marketing)
Agriculture – Degree or Diploma in Agriculture (Plant/Crop production)
Instrumentation – BEng (Instrumentation / Automation and Control Systems/ Mechatronics
Procurement – Degree: Procurement / CIPS

Listed below are the minimum requirements that you are required to meet:

65% Academic Average
Citizen in the country of hire
A relevant bachelor’s degree
High levels of ambition and self-motivation, supported by a strong desire for a career in FMCG, within Tiger Brands
Leadership and team working capabilities
Must have displayed the potential for high achievement and innovation throughout their qualification
Have not worked full time (more than 1 year, not including workplace experience) in their field of study
Recent graduate from a tertiary institution in South Africa
Work authorization in the country for which application is being submitted
Geographical mobility – you will move to different locations throughout the training programme and you will need to relocate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
