Requirements
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree at NQF Level 7 in one of the following or a closely related field:
- Human Resource Management
- Industrial Psychology / Organisational Psychology
- Be a South African citizen
- Be currently unemployed
- Hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma at NQF Level 7
- Not have previously participated in an internship or graduate programme
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Have good administrative and organisational skills
