Minimum Requirements

Grade 12/ Matric
Certificate or Diploma in Phlebotomy or related health care field
Minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience in total rewards, experience in a private clinic or primary healthcare setting
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Basic life support (BLS) or first aid certification
Proven competency in venipuncture and capillary blood collection
Computer literate – MS Office
Willing and able to work retail hours

Understanding of infection control and patient safety principles.
Identify and solve complex problems by developing and evaluating alternative solutions.
