Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, screening calls and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Maintain and update employee records on SP
- Support leave administration
- Assist with payroll-related administration and submission of supporting documents
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Capture HR invoices
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information
- Assist with organising meetings, interviews, and HR events
- Support compliance with company policies and labour legislation
- Perform general office administration duties within the HR department
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming courier packages and deliveries
- Prepare and package outgoing courier items as required
- Liaise with courier companies regarding collections and deliveries

Experience and Qualifications
- Alignment with Funda Wande’s vision, mission and values
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or related field
- Recently graduated or currently completing qualification

- Basic understanding of HR principles and labour legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
