Minimum Requirements
- NQF Level 5 or higher qualification from a recognised South African tertiary institution or TVET (qualification must be completed)
- South African citizen (aged 18–35)
- No prior work experience
- Demonstrated professionalism and a strong willingness to learn
- Availability to commit to the full 12-month programme
