Rheinmetall Logistics & Warehousing Internship Opportunities
KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS
- Support the receiving, identification, and organisation of materials and components within the warehouse.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control processes.
- Support the preparation and “kitting” of materials for specific production and fabrication orders.
- Assist in conducting stock-taking activities and updating inventory tracking systems.
- Support coordination between the warehouse and workshop to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Assist with identifying and organising tools and materials commonly used by Boilermakers and Fitters.
- Support documentation and record-keeping related to warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures when working in the warehouse and workshop environments.
- Adhere to all applicable legislation within RDM.
- Adheres and implements Rheinmetall Denel Munitions Policies and Procedures and ensures compliance to ISO Standards with respect to SHE/Quality/Environmental/Energy.

POST REQUIREMENTS
- NQF 6 in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Fully computer literate (all MS Office packages).
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
