Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
- Call Centre experience is (Preferred)
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience using Zendesk, Phone systems, Raddix system and PayU (Advantageous)
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Must be prepared to work shifts
- Must have accurate and up to-date knowledge of FlySafair offerings
