REQUIREMENTS
A Senior Certificate/ National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Knowledge of Public Service Act. Knowledge of E-Natis Systems. Knowledge of National Land Transport Act (NLTA). Knowledge of National Public Transport Regulator (NPTR). Knowledge of South African Constitution, Public Service Regulations and PFMA. Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles. Computer Literacy. Organizational and Planning skills. Good communication skills – verbal and written. Interpersonal
skills. Customer Care skills. The ideal candidate should have ethical behaviour (Honesty and Loyalty), be responsible, punctual, conscientious, flexible, receptive to suggestions and ideas, be a team player, be accurate, be neat and tidy and comply with the Code of Conduct.
