REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 certificate (NQF 4). No experience. Knowledge: Public Financial Management Act. Treasury Regulations. Public Service Regulations Act. Basic Accounting Systems (BAS). COIDA. Skills: Communication (verbal and written). Debt collection. Financial Management. Planning and organizing.
Computer literacy. Interpersonal. Conflict handling. Problem Solving.

DUTIES

Submit estate claims to master of high court and liquidator. Identify registered employer’s estate. Raise assessment for liquidated or deceased employers. Liaise with relevant stakeholders.
