Responsibilities
- Understanding the full value chain of Voice Branch, a call center environment
- Build strong Communication and Service Skills
- Analyse and Process information
- Understanding the Financial and Regulatory framework
- Resolving clients inquires
- Building relationships
- Ensure all correspondence and other communication is attended to professionally and promptly to ensure a consistently high standard of service
- Telephone and email etiquette
Qualifications
- Have completed an undergraduate qualification.

Minimum Qualifications
- Be a South African Citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 30.
- Be able to speak, read and write English.
- Be computer literate.
- Not be permanently employed.
- Not be studying at any other institution.
- Not be registered on any other learnership/internship programme.

- Learner Allowance: R6 800 per month
